Eyes gazing across the room, they spot a hand and glance from another. They walk over to take you’re order. But what’s the chicken parmesan, you ask the waiter. They look at you as if there was something wrong, did they hear right. Well its a crumbed chicken schnitzel with toppings, sauce and cheese, replies the waiter with a slight French accent and finishes with a grin. yes that sounds good, you reply. yet they have not given you any more insight than title itself. Adding fake accents and stretching out the titles name does not describe the dish on the menu. waiters don’t like to admit they don’t know what the dish is and even when they do, they dumb the answer down so much that it becomes dumb.
